The samples of donors will only be able to be requested by doctors or Centres of attended reproduction.
All the applications will be made personally, via phone, fax or e-mail to the CFHM, with a minimum of 72 hours of anticipation.
Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. at 19:00 p.m.
When requesting samples of semen, please specify the number of the donor's identification (I.D.N.) using the up-to-date list of donors (as well as second and third options), the number of requested vial, the patient's name, dates and hour of delivery of the samples.
INFORMATION FOR SHIPMENT
Maintenance
All the samples are maintained in liquid nitrogen and sent in tanks specially designed to maintain the cryopreservated samples. .
With each shipment instructions are included for a correct unfreezing and manipulation of the samples.
Delivery
The tanks are given by our messaging service in the city of Mexico or sent by air freight in the whole national territory.
Refund of Tanks
They are taken away by our messaging service or they can be sent to our Centre of attention to doctors and/or patients.
PAYMENT
The samples, as well as the shipping and handling, will be paid in advance.
RETURN OF SAMPLES AND CREDIT
The samples of semen surrendered to a doctor, assigned person or insemination place, and subsequently returned to the CFHM, must not be used and they must be frozen.
Our service won't be able to grant credit.
FORM OF INFORMATION OF PREGNANCY
The Centre of Fertility requests to the doctors and insemination places that document all the pregnancies, and information on the children born, resultant of the inseminations with our donors' semen. These measures have been established to minimize the consanguinity problem. In consequence, with the samples, a form will be sent to follow these rules.
